RWE HAS LAUNCHED THE SPRING PART OF ITS HOSTESS PROMOTION

In May, the spring part of RWE’s nationwide hostess promotion was launched. It is part of a yearly integrated communications campaign, in which RWE always focuses on one selected product. The goal of these promotions is to increase visits to RWE’s client and customer centers. The promotions were again implemented by agencies Wunderman and Absolook.

The promotions take place in selected cities in the Czech Republic, and, this year, they are focused on the product “Optimal electricity,” whose price is reduced for new and existing clients by 10%. The promotion targets people with their own housing, older than 30 years, families with children, and seniors. Hostesses operate in shopping malls, plazas or public events in Plzeň, Brno, Jablonec nad Nisou, Usti nad Labem, České Budejovice, Cheb, Sokolov and Pardubice.

We are still trying to raise the standard of hostess promotions, and I have to say that we are successful, mainly thanks to the agencies with which we cooperate. The results of the promotions always exceed our expectations, even in regions which others have given up on.” says Václav Podzimek, customer communication manager, RWE Energie.
