The grand opening of the Czech Railways VIP lounge with an Emil Zátopek theme at Ostrava’s main railway station was held on 12 June 2017. Within this project, we designed a visual image of the lounge and realized its interior design. The whole space corresponds to the Czech Railways brand. It includes custom-made elements: a rubber floor that imitates a running tartan track, large-format photographs of Emil Zátopek and his wife Dana, graphic decoration, thematic TV projections and a children’s play corner.

The representative of Dana and Emil Zátopek, Mr. Karel Engel, was enthusiastic about what a dignified and attractive VIP lounge has been dedicated to Mr. and Mrs. Zátopek.
